CHAP. 1088.— An Act restoring the right of pre-emption to Alfonso Roberts.October 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alfonso Roberts.May preempt land in Colorado. That Alfonso Roberts be, and he is hereby, authorized to preempt the land in Colorado for which he filed a claim in eighteen hundred and eighty-four, on making the proofs required by the provisions of the preemption law. Approved, October 9, 1888.
