CHAP. 1083.— An Act restoring Phebe McLaughlin to the pension-roll.October 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Phebe McLaughlin.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension-roll the name of Phebe McLaughlin, widow of James McLaughlin, late soldier in Company D, Seventy-eighth Regiment of Ohio Volunteers. Approved, October 9, 1888.
