CHAP. 1080.— An Act granting increase of pension to Jennie Hart Mullany.October 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jennie Hart Mullany.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jennie Hart Mullany, widow of J. R. Madison Mullany, late rear-admiral in the United States Navy, and pay her at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that which she is now receiving. Approved, October 9, 1888.
