CHAP. 1077.— An Act granting an increase of pension to Madison M. Meredith.October 9, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Madison M. Meredith.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Madison M. Meredith, late captain of Company D. One hundred and third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteers, and pay him a pension of twenty dollars per month, in lieu of the amount he is now receiving. Approved, October 9, 1888.
