CHAP. 1055.— An Act granting an increase of pension to George A. Washburn, late major Sixteenth Connecticut Volunteers.September 26, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George A. Washburn.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to place on the pension-roll the name of George A. Washburn, late major of the Sixteenth Connecticut Volunteers, at the rate of seventy-two dollars per month, in lieu of the amount (forty-five dollars) per month he is now receiving. Approved, September 26, 1888.
