CHAP. 1053.— An Act granting a pension to Christian Winkel.September 26, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Christian Winkel.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Christian Winkel, late a private in Company B, Sixth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry. Approved, September 26, 1888.
