CHAP. 1043.— An Act for the relief of Semon Bache and Company.September 26, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Semon Bache and Company. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to Semon Bache 1191 and Company, of New York, the sum of three thousand five hundred and sixty-two dollars and fifty-six cents, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of refundingRefund of duties to. the duty paid by said firm upon glass from imported stock furnished to the National Museum and the New Orleans, Louisville, and Cincinnati Expositions for exhibition cases.
