CHAP. 1033.— An Act to increase the pension of Annie Gibson Yates.September 22, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Annie Gibson Yates.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of twenty dollars now received by Mrs Annie Gibson Yates, widow of Captain George W. Yates, to thirty-five dollars per month, to take effect from and after the passage of this act. Approved, September 22, 1888.
