CHAP. 1031.— An Act for the relief of Joseph R. WhiteSeptember 22, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph R. White.Pay and allowances to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Joseph R. White, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and ninety-nine dollars and twenty-three cents, or so much thereof as may be necessary, to settle his claim for pay and allowances while serving in the United States Army as a private in Company K. One hundredth Pennsylvania Volunteers. Approved, September 22, 1888.
