CHAP. 1025.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of William L. Bradford.September 14, 1888. *Be it enacted try the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William L. Bradford.Political disabilities removed. That the political disabilities of William L. Bradford, late an officer in the Navy of the United States, arising under the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, September 14, 1888.
