CHAP. 1022.— An Act for the relief of Mathew O. Regan.September 14, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mathew O. Regan.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to pay to Mathew O. Regan, late of Company E. Third United States Artillery, now 1187 on pension-roll for loss of his right arm at elbow-joint, the amount allowed for loss of arm at or above elbow where artificial limb can not be worn, according to provisions of act increasing pensions approvedVol. 24, p. 220.
August fourth, eighteen hundred and eighty-six, instead of the rate he has been receiving. Approved, September 14, 1888.
