CHAP. 1019.— An Act granting a pension to Jacob Pitner.September 14, 1888. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jacob Pitner.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-rolls the name of Jacob Pitner, late private in Company K. One hundred and ninety-second Regiment of Ohio Volunteer’s, subject to the limitations and restrictions of the pension laws. Approved, September 14, 1888.
