CHAP. 101.— An act granting a pension to George W. Fogle.January 30, 1889. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,George W. Fogle. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of George W. Fogle, Company G, Sixty-second Ohio Volunteer Infantry. Approved, January 30, 1889.
