CHAP. 98.— An Act for the relief of W. D. Havely.Feb. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,W. D. Havely.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of W. D. Havely, father of Robert M. Havely, late of Company C Fifteenth Regiment of West Virginia Volunteer Infantry. Approved, February 3, 1887.
