CHAP. 96.— An Act to increase the pension of James Carlin.Feb. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James Carlin.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to increase the pension of James Carlin, late a private in Company I, Third Regiment Vermont Volunteers, and now on the pension-roll, to forty dollars a month. Approved, February 3, 1887.
