CHAP. 94.— An Act granting a pension to M. S. Clay.Feb. 3, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,M. S. Clay.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be hereby is, authorized and directed to place on the pension-, roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of M. S. Clay, of Bates County, Missouri, late a member of Company A, Twenty-second Illinois Infantry, and also a member of Company E, of the Fourth Wisconsin Cavalry. Approved, February 3, 1887.
