CHAP. 86.— An Act granting a pension to Lucinda Barrett.Feb. 2, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Lucinda Barrett.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucinda Barrett, widow of Thomas S. Barrett, deceased, late a private in Company M of the Sixth Regiment Illinois Cavalry. Approved, February 2, 1887.
