CHAP. 86.— An act granting a pension to Miss Rebecca Miller.May 3, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Rebecca Miller.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Miss. Rebecca Miller, daughter of the late Brigadier-General Miller, at the rate of fifty dollars per month.
