CHAP. 814.— An act for the relief of James D. Wood.July 29, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,James D. Wood.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and be is hereby, directed to pay to James D. Wood, late captain and assistant adjutant-general of volunteers in the war of the rebellion out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and thirty-three dollars and fifty cents, being the value of a horse and equipments lost in action at the battle of Chancellorsville, as found by the Court of Claims.
