CHAP. 774.— An Act granting a pension to Samuel F. Garrett.July 16, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel F. Garrett.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Samuel F. Garrett, late a private in Company I, Thirty-ninth Ohio Volunteers, on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 16, 1886.
