CHAP. 75.— An Act for the relief of A. A. Thomas.Jan. 29, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,A. A. Thomas.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and is hereby, directed to pay to A. A. Thomas, or his assigns, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of live hundred and forty dollars, as a reimbursement for money paid by A. A. Thomas for the use of the United States while register of the United Stares land-office at Cawker City, Kansas, and the further sum of sixty-seven dollars and fourteen cents, balance due said Thomas as compensation as such register for the quarters ending September thirtieth, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, and March thirty-first, eighteen hundred and seventy-five, respectively.
