CHAP. 731.— An Act granting a pension to John M. MattinglyJuly 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John M. Mattingly.Pension That the Secretary of the Interior be,and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John M. Mattingly, late a private in Company A, Tenth Regiment Kentucky Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 6, 1886.
