CHAP. 709.— An Act granting a pension to Isaac Fossett.July 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Isaac Fossett.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be directed to place the name of Isaac Fossett, late a private in Company K, First Minnesota Cavalry, on the pension-roll, and pay him a pension, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, from the date of the passage of this act. Approved, July 6, 1886.
