CHAP. 705.— An Act granting a pension to Eleanor Foust.July 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Eleanor Fonst.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he’s hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eleanor Foust, widow of James Foust, deceased, late a private in Company H, Thirteenth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry. Approved, July 6, 1886.
