CHAP. 695.— An Act granting a pension to Joseph E. Van HornJuly 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Joseph E. Van Horn.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Joseph E. Van Horn, late veterinary surgeon of Company B, Fourth Pennsylvania Cavalry Volunteers. Approved, July 6, 1886.
