CHAP. 684.— An Act granting an increase of pension to William F. Clark.July 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,William F. Clark.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of William F. Clark, formerly of the First Connecticut Cavalry, and allow him a pension at the rate of forty-five dollars per month, in lieu of the pension now received by him. Approved, July 6, 1886.
