CHAP. 670.— An Act granting a pension to Emeline Roberts.July 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Emeline Roberts.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emeline Roberts, widow of James F. Roberts, late of Company D of tire Twenty-ninth Regiment of Wisconsin Volunteers. Approved, July 6, 1886.
