CHAP. 664.— An Act granting a pension to Solomon Messer.July 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Solomon Messer.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior is hereby directed to place the name of Solomon Messer, late of Nathaniel Kelsey’s company, North Carolina troops in removing the Cherokee Indians, on the pension-roll, subject to the limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 6, 1886.
