CHAP. 656.— An Act restoring to the pension-roll the name of K. G. BillingsJuly 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,K. G. Billings.Pension restored. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to restore to the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of K. G. Billings, of Lancaster County, South Carolina, formerly a soldier in the Mexican war. Approved, July 6, 1886.
