CHAP. 644.— An Act for the relief of Mary Howard Farquhar.July 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Mary Howard Farquhar.Pension increased. That from and after the passage of this act the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, the name of Mary Howard Farquhar, widow of the late Major and Brevet Lieutenant-Colonel Francis V. Farquhar, Corps of Engineers, United States Army, and daughter of the late Major-General Alpheus S.
Williams, United States volunteers, at the rate of forty dollars per month, in lieu of the pension which she now receives. Approved, July 6, 1886.
