CHAP. 642.— An Act for the relief of Thomas T. Smithers.July 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and, House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas T. Smithers.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Thomas T. Smithers, late a private in Company D, Twenty-eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteers, and to pay him a pension subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 6, 1886.
