CHAP. 638.— An Act for the relief of Elias B. Moore.July 6, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elias B. Moore.Payment to. That the sum of three hundred and twenty-five dollars be, and the same is hereby appropriated, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the relief of Elias B. Moore, ex-postmaster at Fayetteville, Arkansas, that being the amount of postal stamps taken possession of by the United States Army in eighteen hundred and sixty-two, the value of which has been paid to the Government. Approved, July 6, 1886.
