CHAP. 631.— An Act for the relief of John A. Coan.July 3, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John A. Coan.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to John A. Coan, of Lewis County, Kentucky, the sum of three hundred and fifty dollars, in full compensation for two horses, saddles, and bridles, taken from him by the United States forces in Louisiana. Approved, July 3, 1886.
