CHAP. 615.— An Act granting a pension to Alonzo V. Richards.July 2, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Alonzo V. Richards.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alonzo V. Richards, late a second lieutenant in the Signal Corps, United States Army, and that he shall draw a pension at the rate allowed to second lieutenants of said service, and that this shall be in lieu of the pension now paid him. Approved, July 2, 1886.
