CHAP. 607.— An Act for the relief of Thomas McBride.July 1, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Thomas McBride.Payment to, for loss of barge Henry Bartley. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and be hereby is, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Thomas McBride the sum of one thousand dollars, in full compensation for the barge Henry Bartley lost while under charter to the United States Government. Approved, July 1, 1886.
