CHAP. 605.— An Act granting a pension to Jesse B. Scudder.July 1, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Jesse B. Scudder.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, instructed to place on the pension-roil, the name of Jesse B. Scudder, of Industry, Illinois, of Company I, Seventy-eighth Illinois Regiment, and pay him a pension subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 1, 1886.
