CHAP. 586.— An Act for the relief of Samuel B. Seat, administrator of Christian Kropp, deceased.June 30, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Samuel B. Scat.Payment to, of remount paid in satisfaction of an erroneous judgment. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to Samuel B. Seat, of Montgomery County, Tennessee, the sum of nine hundred and thirty-three dollars and seventy-two cents, the same being a refund to said Seat of the amount hitherto paid by him in excess of what was actually due by him to the United States, and which he paid in satisfaction of an erroneous judgment.
