CHAP. 583.— An act making appropriations for additional barracks at the Southern, Northwestern, and Western Branches of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers.June 30, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers. Appropriation to build additional quarters at— Hampton. Milwaukee. Leavenworth. That the sum of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to be expended, under the direction of the Board of Managers, in the construction and equipment of additional barracks or quarters for disabled veterans at the Southern, Northwestern, and Western Branches of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers, located at Hampton, Milwaukee, and Leavenworth, respectively.
