CHAP. 578.— An act making an appropriation to complete the public building at Hannibal, Missouri, in accordance with the original plan of the Supervising Architect of the Treasury, and to make the same tire-proof.June 30, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Hannibal, Me. Public building. That to enable the Secretary of the Treasury to complete the public building in course of erection at Hannibal, Missouri, in accordance with the original plan of the Supervising Architect providing for a building three stories high, and toAppropriation to complete.
