CHAP. 576.— An act to authorize the Cheyenne and Northern Railway Company to build its road across the Fort Russell and Fort Laramie Military Reservations.June 30, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Right of way across Fort Russell and Fort Laramie Military Reservations, to Cheyenne and Northern Railway Company *Proviso*. Width. That the Cheyenne and Northern Railway Company, a corporation created and organized under the laws of the Territory of Wyoming, is hereby authorized to build its road across the Fort Russell and Fort Laramie Military Reservations, upon such a line and subject to such restrictions as may be approved by the Secretary of War: *Provided*, That such right of way shall not exceed one hundred feet in width and shall be subject to such change or removal as may be prescribed by the Secretary of War, at the expense of the railway company, Sec. 2.
That if the rights hereby conferred shall not be exercisedIf not used in three years to lapse. and the road built within three years next after the passage of this act, all the rights and authority hereby granted shall absolutely cease and determine. Approved, June 30, 1886.
