CHAP. 57.— An Act granting a pension to Orrin P. Cooley.Jan. 27, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and Souse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Orrin P. Cooley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll the name of Orrin P. Cooley, late of Company C, Forty- second Illinois Volunteers, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, January 27, 1887.
