CHAP. 544.— An Act granting a pension to Cyrus Dubbs.June 24, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Cyrus Dubbs.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered, and directed to place on the pension-roll, at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the name of Cyras Dubbs, the poor, blind brother of Diram N. Dubbs, late of Company F, Fourth Pennsylvania Cavalry. Approved, June 24, 1886.
