Birney. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Maria A. Birney.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Maria A. Birney, widow of Major General David B. Birney, from thirty dollars to fifty dollars a month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 24, 1886.
