CHAP. 530.— An Act granting a pension to Elander M. Mooneyhan.June 24, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Elander M. Mooneyhan.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he hereby is, directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Blander M. Mooneyhan, widow of Thomas J. Mooneyhan, of Company I, Twenty-fourth Regiment of Missouri Volunteers, and pay her a pension from and after the passage of this act. Approved, June 24, 1886.
