CHAP. 519.— An Act granting a pension to Catharine Kennedy.June 24, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Catharine Kennedy.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catharine Kennedy, mother of John Moriarty, deceased, late of Company K, One hundred and fifty-eighth New York Volunteers. Approved, June 24, 1886.
