CHAP. 51.— An Act to remove the political disabilities of John K. Mitchell.Jan. 26, 1887. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, (two-thirds of each House concurring therein)*,John K. Mitchell.Political disabilities removed. That the disabilities of John K. Mitchell, of the State of Virginia, imposed by the fourteenth amendment to the Constitution, be, and the same are hereby, removed. Approved, January 26, 1887.
