CHAP. 493.— An Act granting a pension to Washington. T. Otey.June 24, 1886. *Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Washington T. Otey.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Washington T. Otey, late a lieutenant of Company E, of the Sixty-second Regiment Illinois Infantry Volunteers, on the pension-roll at the rate of eight dollars per month, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 24, 1886.
