CHAP. 488.— An Act granting a pension to John Pennington.June 24, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John Pennington.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension-roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Pennington, late captain of Company A, Forty-seventh Regiment Kentucky Volunteers. Approved, June 24, 1886.
