CHAP. 480.— An Act for the relief of Henry N. Huggins.June 24, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Henry N. Huggins.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and be is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Henry N. Huggins, dependent father of Andrew P. Huggins, deceased, late a private in Company K, Twenty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, on the pension-roll, subject to the conditions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 24, 1886.
