CHAP. 469.— An Act for the relief of H. J. T. Moss.June 22, 1886. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,H. J. T. Moss.Postmaster-General to settle claim of.Vol. 22, p.29. That the Postmaster-General is hereby authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of H, J. T. Moss, postmaster at Saint Jo, Texas, for money-order funds lost in transit, notwithstanding the provisions of the act entitled “An act authorizing the Postmaster-General to adjust certain claims of postmasters for loss by burglary, fire, or other unavoidable casualty,” approved March seventeenth, eighteen hundred and eighty-two.
